Amanda R. Levesque 1923-2008 Amanda "Nin" Rosaline Levesque of People's Park Tower, Moncton, NB passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008. On June 13th, she would have celebrated her 85th birthday. Born in Campbelton, NB to Esther (Bijeau) and Narcisse Levesque, she was the youngest of nine and last surviving member of her family. Her sister, Irene, predeceased her on March 3rd, 2008 and previous to this were brothers; Edmund, Hazen, Everard, and sisters, Cora, May, Jeanette and Stella. Nin will be fondly remembered by her nephews, Raymond (Beulah), Maurice (Ann), John (Judy), Duke (Dee); as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Nin's warm heart and wonderful smile will be missed at the card games, bingo and numerous functions by her friends at "The Tower". She was also a long time member of C.W.L. and the P.P.T. Senior's Club as well as a volunteer in many areas over the years. Her passing will leave a huge void in many lives. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Holy Family R.C. Church, "Falkland Drive" on Monday May 5th, 2008 at 11:00 am followed by a reception in the church hall. Interment will be held at a later date. Remembrances in Nin's memory may be made to the Irene Doucet Bursary Fund "University of Moncton" or a charity of the donor's choice.
