- STELLA GRACE (KAYE) ARMSTRONG
ARMSTRONG, STELLA GRACE (KAYE)- passed away very peacefully at her home, the Dr. V. A. Snow Centre, in Hampton, where she lived life to the fullest for the past three years. She was born on May 26, 1925, in Forest Glenn, NB to Grace (Colpitts) and William Kaye. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, James Sproule Armstrong. Stella and Sproule were residents of Petitcodiac where they raised their six children, Gerald (Shirley) Armstrong of Pollett River, NB, Phyllis (Ken) Levy of Petitcodiac, NB, Marie Dean of British Columbia, Eve Bujold of Ottawa, ON, Larry Armstrong of Alberta, and Kathe Armstrong of Belleisle Creek, NB, and were grandparents to Judy, Jeff, Peter, Scott, Richard, Jason, Bruce, Kevin, Ted (predeceased), Robin, Jimmy, Jonathan, Krista Stella, Joel, Jerad, and James. She was also predeceased by her brother Raymond, and sisters, Muriel, Marion, Annie, and Margaret. At Stella's preference, there will be no visitation. A celebration of her life will be held at the Dr. V. A. Snow Centre, Friday, Jan 18th at 10:30 a.m. when everyone will be welcome to come and contribute with their special memories, of pictures, songs, and/or stories. Stella loved flowers and wildlife. She would love it if donations were made to the Dr. V. A. Snow Centre's Garden of Hope where her memory will live on. Memorial cards are available at the Centre.
