The funeral of the late T. B. Bujol took place last Sunday morning, and notwithstanding the extremely lad state of the roads a large concourse of sorrowing relatives, friends and acquaintances followed the remains from the Pelico plantation to the Catholic cemetery in Donaldsonville.
The body of the unfortunate young man was viewed on Saturday by Dr. L. E. Duffel, acting for Coroner Jno. E. Duffel, and a certificate given that death had been caused by epilepsy.

DROWNED. - The sad news reaches us that Mr. T. B. Bujol, a son of the late Edmond Bujol and one of the members of the firm of Bujol & St. Martin, owners of the Pelico plantation in the first ward of this parish, was drowned while out in a pirogue or dug out hunting ducks. The extensive wooded batture skirting the front of the plantation is under water, affording a favorite cover and resort for ducks, and Mr. Bujol was in the habit of going there to shoot them. He was subject to fits or spasms, and to this unfortunate affliction his death is attributed.
The presumption is that he was seized with one of these attacks and fell from the pirogue during his struggles. The body was recovered at 2 o'clock this afternoon and Coroner
Duffel notified.
Mr. Bujol was an estimable young man, about 26 years of age
and unmarried. He leaves a large circle of relatives and friends to lament his untimely end.
