Born in Montreal on December 7th, 1952, daughter of Valmont Bujold and the late Ramona (Roherty) Bujold of Atholville. She is survived by her husband Patrick, her son Ryan (Emilie) of Mann’s Mountain, her daughter Erin (Matt) of Calgary, AB, her brother Richard (Helen) of Fredericton, her brother Daniel (Paul) of Dallas, TX, one granddaughter Kinley, one grandson Jaxon, and two soon to be born grandsons Kaydon and Easton. Diane began her nursing career at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital in 1972 after graduating from the Saint John School of Nursing and completed her 41 year career as the Nurse Manager of the Ambulatory Care Department at the Campbellton Regional Hospital in 2013. Visitation will be at Maher’s Funeral Home 33 Lansdowne St, Campbellton Wednesday, March 20th from 2PM – 4PM and 7PM – 9PM, and on Thursday morning from 9:30PM until time of Funeral. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Colonel George Bujol Sr., parents, Dale and Myrene McCollum, sister, Marian Miller and brother, Jim McCollum. Diane was born in Dallas, TX, graduated from Highland High School and attended the University of Albuquerque. After a long career in Civil Service, Diane spent much of her time volunteering. Diane was active in hospice, the Albuquerque Tourism Department, the Humane Society, and acted as a court appointed children's advocate. All of her family and friends treasured Diane for her kindness and patience. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at French - University Chapel with Visitation starting at 5:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 833 Arizona Ave. SE. Parmi les témoins au contrat de mariage de Marie Bergeron, fille de Michel Bergeron et de Marie Hébert, avec Pierre Bourgeois (greffe Judice, Ascencion 9 11 1767) se trouvait Pierre Arseneau «frère maternel» de la future épouse. Or celui-ci était l'époux d'Anne Bergeron. Dans son testament, enregistré à St-Martinville en 1793, Pierre se dit fils de Jean Arseneau et de Marie-Anne Hébert. Cette même Marie (Marie-Anne ou Marie-Jeanne) Hébert a donc épousé Jean Arseneau et ensuite Michel Bergeron. Étant donné que, selon les recensements, Marie Bergeron, fille du second lit est née vers 1750, il faut croire que Marie Hébert s'était mariée à Michel Bergeron au plus tard vers 1749, et donc que Jean Arseneau est décédé avant cela Le premier mari de Marie Hébert ne pouvait pas être le fils d'Abraham Arseneau et de Jeanne Gaudet, parce que celui-ci était toujours vivant lors des recensements de 1752 et 1754-1755. Il faut croire alors que Marie Hébert a épousé le fils de Pierre Arseneau et de Marie-Anne Boudrot qui est le seul autre Jean Arseneau inscrit au recensement de 1714 et qui pouvait devenir son mari. Born August 12, 1948 in Medicine Hat, AB, he was the son of the late Rudy and Jackie Sauer and husband of the late Yvette (LeBlanc) Sauer. Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Gene was always proud of his Alberta roots. He moved to Halifax in 1968 to fulfil a lifelong dream of a career in the Navy. He proudly served on such ships as HMCS Iroquois, Protecteur and Provider to name a few. Gene retired after 35 years of service in 2003. The love of his life was his family, especially his three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He also loved gardening and watching NASCAR. Survived by (step)daughter, Ellesa Bujold; (step)grandchildren Scott Baker (Emily), Ashley Pottie (Michael), Dylan Baker, Lilliah, Charlotte and Walker Pottie, sisters Gladys Yacyshen, Gloria Reppnack, Grace Wingenbach (Glen), Glenda Gaetz (Jim); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
